Today’s problem du jour?

· Phones went down for Comcast customers.

· Sound Quality was a big issue at the same time.

· So was one-way audio.

· Two managers are leaving the company within a month.

On a brighter note, today is the first day in my new office! It’s sorta more private, except for my back is to the door and there’s a big floor-to-ceiling window next to that, which is far LESS private. So I’m back to work now…

After yesterday’s provisioning fiasco, I’m skeptical of what’s going to happen today. Three meetings lined up, should be a pretty easy day as far as that goes. And if I won’t be busy in meetings, I will be busy putting out a fire. Promise.
